About Me

My life’s work is helping you step into your full power and live the life you were always meant to live.

I used to be a huge box checker. I believed that my life would be perfect once I checked all the boxes. At one point, it seemed like I had “made it” - good college, check; law school, check; prestigious Big Law firm job in New York City, check; on partnership track, check.

Although my life looked great on paper, it didn’t feel right. Something was missing. I had checked all the boxes I was told to check, but I found myself wondering “Is this it? Is this all there is to life?” If I was so successful, then why did I feel like I wasn’t living up to my full potential?

I had never stopped to ask myself what I wanted.

Why I Became a Coach

At the peak of my existential crisis, I worked with a coach who helped me transform myself, my career and my life. In a span of two years, I moved from New York to Seattle, left a partnership-track job in Big Law for an in-house role at a non-profit, and starting a coaching practice. To an outside observer, it must have seemed like I had completely lost it. But I had never been more sure of myself. I had uncovered what my younger self had always known and what had drawn me to legal practice in the first place: my purpose is to be in service to others.

I hear many people say their work or their life is just “fine” - they don't love it and they don’t hate it. Isn’t that just being a responsible adult? That’s what I used to believe as well.

I now know that we don’t know what’s possible and we owe it to ourselves to explore what a life of joy, beauty and love looks like for each of us.

Coaching is a powerful process for effecting change. And I want to help you change the way you relate to work and experience life. I want to help you take a closer look at the fears, assumptions, and cultural and financial constraints that might be holding you back, and be your partner on your journey to a more intentional and fulfilling life.

More About Me

I now live in Seattle with my husband and our burgeoning tropical plants collection. We don’t have any pets yet, but I’ve been reading extensively about puppy training. Like any good Seattleite, we have an entire closet dedicated to outdoor gear and spend most of our free time hiking, skiing, and kayaking.
