Hi, I’m Lena
Your guide, advocate, cheerleader, and friend
Most of my clients come to me because, while they have achieved conventional professional success, something still feels missing. I often hear them say “It’s fine” when it doesn’t feel fine. I help high-achieving professionals like you find what’s missing and live into a life you love.
My Story
I have a confession: I am a recovering box checker. I used to believe that my life would be perfect once I checked all the boxes. At one point, it seemed like I had “made it” - good college, check; law school, check; prestigious Big Law firm job in New York City, check; on partnership track, check.
Although my life looked great on paper, it didn’t feel right. Something was missing. I had checked all the boxes I was told to check, but I found myself wondering “Is this it? Is this all there is to life?” If everything was “fine,” then why did I feel like I wasn’t living my life fully? Life felt dull.
I had never stopped to ask myself what I wanted.
Why I Do This Work
At the peak of my existential crisis, I worked with a coach and in a span of two years, I moved from New York to Seattle, left a partnership-track job in Big Law for an in-house role supporting high impact philanthropy, and started a coaching practice grounded in service. To an outside observer, it must have seemed like I had completely lost it. But I had never been more sure of myself. I had uncovered what my younger self had always known and what had drawn me to legal practice in the first place: my purpose is to be in service to others.
I became a coach because I realized how many brilliant, accomplished people were quietly asking themselves the same questions I had years ago:
Is this really it? How do I even find what “it” is for me?
Is it too late for me to try something else?
My life is “fine.” Isn’t this just being a responsible adult?
Yes, I know we’ve all got bills to pay. I also know that we don’t know what’s possible and we owe it to ourselves to explore what a life of joy, beauty and love looks like for each of us.
My mission is to help you answer those questions with brutal honesty, courage, and self-compassion.
Let me be your partner in discovering what it looks like for you to move towards a life filled with joy, passion, and meaning, guided by your North Star and supported by purposeful work.
Work with Me
If you’ve found your way here, something in you is already shifting. You may not know exactly what you want yet. You may be scared of disrupting everything you’ve worked so hard for. You may feel both hopeful and hesitant.
All of that is welcome.
You don’t have to have the answers. We’ll find out together.

More About Me
I now live in Seattle with my husband, daughter, and our burgeoning tropical plants collection. I recently added outdoor vegetable gardening to my hobbies. Last year we grew a grand total of two tomatoes. Like any good Seattleite, we have an entire closet dedicated to outdoor gear and spend most of our free time hiking, skiing, and paddleboarding.
