1:1 Coaching Program

This is my standard offering. A comprehensive 6-month to 12-month engagement, tailored to your particular goals. The coaching engagement includes regular 1:1 coaching sessions and ongoing support between sessions. During the coaching engagement, I will invite you into reflections, practices, exercises and readings to support your development and progress towards your goals.

Pro athletes don’t just have one-off coaching sessions, and the same principle applies here. Fundamental long-term change takes time, faith and persistence. Committing upfront to a series of sessions gives us the time and space to develop a deeper understanding of who you are, experiment with new ideas, and design a realistic, actionable path towards your North Star. The 6-month time span will permit us the time to pilot the new ideas, test for efficacy, and adjust as needed.

3-Session Trial Package

While I don’t advocate for this approach, I understand that you may be wondering if we would be a good fit working together. Three one-hour sessions is the minimum necessary to give us an opportunity to explore what it would be like to work with me.
