Executive Coaching for Everyone
“In the past, I have made no secret of my disdain for Chef Gusteau’s famous motto, “Anyone can cook.” But I realize, only now do I truly understand what he meant. Not everyone can become a great artist; but a great artist can come from anywhere. ”
Many organizations reserve executive coaching for their C-suite executives, managers, and others in “mid-to-senior leadership positions.” The logic seems to go something like this: investing in developing executives’ leadership skills has the highest impact on the organization and the benefits will “trickle down.” Better leaders at the top, stronger organizational performance, happier employees, more satisfied customers.
It sounds sensible. It also quietly reinforces a belief that only a select few matter enough to deserve deep support for their professional development.
Here’s the thing:
When we look to a select few to lead, we surrender our own power and agency. When our “leaders” fall short, we're left feeling disappointed, disillusioned, and helpless. And if our “leaders” aren’t showing up with authenticity and integrity, who do we look to then?
Yourself.
Leadership is not about a title or a corner office. It’s about someone showing up in the world with such conviction, authenticity and integrity — so clearly, joyfully, and generously — that the people around you can’t help but be changed by you. In that sense, you’re likely already a leader — in your work, your home, your relationships, and your community.
Here’s where I come in.
I offer executive coaching to anyone who is committed to their own professional and personal development, who is seeking greater alignment, clarity and fulfillment, and who is looking to access the kind of depth, rigor and transformation traditionally reserved for “executives.” I empower my clients to harness and wield their agency, so that they can lead from that place that feels whole, centered, and true to them.
Executive coaching for everyone. Because leadership isn’t a title — it’s a way of being.
My clients report many of the following outcomes:
Deeper understanding of themselves, who they are, and what is theirs to do in the world.
Clearer sense of purpose and direction, and greater alignment with their values.
Improved capacity to notice their own self-limiting beliefs and interrupt their self-defeating behaviors.
Increased self-confidence, self-awareness and self-compassion.
Decreased stress/anxiety and improved capacity to communicate and act from a centered presence.
More empowered and greater sense of agency.
Increased capacity for joy and creativity.
Thoreau famously said “most men lead lives of quiet desperation.” You don’t have to be one of them.
